Cashless welfare card for Broome?

  • Broome joins Port Hedland in voicing interest about joining trial
  • Some welfare recipients allegedly changing address to avoid card
  • Year-long trials of the card are due to wrap up in Ceduna and the East Kimberley in March and April.
